  The Kauai Bus is offering FREE rides from February 20 through March 10 to EVERYONE on Kauai.  Along with the "free" bus rides, you will have an opportunity to enter a Kauai Bus Contes to win  a 1-month, 6-month or 12-month bus pass.  There are 2 ways to win a FREE bus pass: 1.
